We believe that we have just about thought of everything to get you and your business launched and be successful.
After an initial chat your journey to becoming a franchisee is well under way and we will sit down with you to discuss a realistic business plan, ensuring that you have a firm understanding on the revenue and expenditure streams-we can even help with funding advice through our relationships with the banks and asset financing companies.
After joining our network, Franchisees will be placed in the hands of our training team to be brought up to speed on all our systems and operations.
All our training is 1:1 and delivered by people who actually use the systems and is fully supported by a set of Operations Manuals.
Our training doesn't end there, we will work with you during the launch of your business ensuring that all your systems and operations are working well, and once up and running we will hold regular business development meetings with all Franchisees.
We will work hard to establish a marketing and social media plan that gets your business to hit the ground running, this includes a PR plan as well as through social media channels.
FINANCES
Our approach to the finances is straight forward and transparent as we want you to be able to focus on your own business and delivering great returns on your investment.
The business model is based on a number of key fees-

A Franchise Fee £9,995 paid upon signing the Franchise Agreement which includes a Starter Package, marketing launch programme as well as the licence to operate the brand in your territory

A fixed Monthly Management Services Fee

A Fixed Monthly Marketing Levy that is used to promote the brand nationally and in your territory

Your major investment will be in the purchasing of the key equipment
Once we have had an initial chat with you we will share all the detailed financial models with you together with full costs.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What experience do I need to have?
No experience is necessary as we will train you in all the systems and operations BUT, we do want you to demonstrate a passion for great customer service and business development
What is the typical investment level that is required?
In addition to the £9,995 Franchise Fee the key investment will be in the ice cream bars and ancillary equipment-
In terms of your own personal investment we would expect you to have a minimum of 50% of the total investment cost in liquid assets. We also have relationships with a number of banks and asset financing companies that can provide further support.
How much can I earn?
Once we have had an initial chat we are happy to provide you with a full Business Planning Kit that will share all the key financial information with you that will enable you to build your Business Plan.
Will The Incredible Ice Cream Company provide all of the products?
We will either supply you with the products you will need, organise agreements with suppliers for you to purchase from or help you source locally products with the specification that our method requires.
We are launching nationally and Franchisees will be given an exclusive territory so that they can grow their own business and each territory offers an excellent opportunity to build a highly profitable and successful business in a large geographic area.
Can I sell my Franchise?
Yes, our renewable 5 year Franchise Agreement allows our Franchisees to sell their business subject to a number of simple conditions.
